REGISTRATION
In order to access your account, order pages and our services you will be asked to select an email and password when setting up an account.

ORDERS
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
We will send you an Order Acknowledgement email confirming that your order has been received.
We will then send you an Order Despatch email which constitutes our acceptance of your order and will detail any items which are not available for despatch. Please note that all orders are verified by weight prior to dispatching whether an order has been fulfilled or partially fulfilled.
PAYMENT
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering. We accept payment by credit and debit card only and use Stripe, a well recognised payment processing system. Stripe takes secure payments from you directly and so we do not store or have access to your credit or debit card details. Payments are taken through "Stripe" who are a payment service provider.
Stripe uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Stripe systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We will try and ensure that the descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of entering onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the point of ordering.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
